Returns & Exchanges

At APM Monaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your APM account or visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to start the request.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original packaging, including the signature APM box and pouch, to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
